Wokingham is home to a huge variety of parks, centres and walks for families. Here are 10 family friendly things to do in Wokingham. There are of course many more!

Family Friendly Things to do in Wokingham
1. Dinton Pastures – There are lakeside walks, *adventure golf and a fantastic play area here. You can read about our visit here.

2. California Country Park – There are some great lakeside walks here as well as a lovely play area and a paddling pool which is open during the summer months.

3. FBC Play Area – Finchampstead Baptist Church (FBC) Play Area is an impressive space which is suitable for all ages and there is certainly plenty to do. There is a large playground plus an multi-use games area and a woodland walk. You can read about our visit here.

4. Elms Field Play Area and Park – The play area has a wide selection of play equipment suitable for both older and younger children. There are also some large wooden sculptures dotted around the park, which are all insect themed. You can read about our visit here.

5. Everyman Cinema – features three cinema screens, a Spielburger kitchen, and a stylish bar serving cocktails and food to your seat. You can see what’s showing and book on the website.
6. Monkey Mates Soft Play – this indoor and outdoor activity barn is great for children. You can book on the website.
7. Wokingham Leisure Centre – you can do lots of different activities here including swimming, trampolining, climbing and more. You can find out more on the website.
8. Wokingham Family Golf – There is a driving range, footgolf and pitch and putt here. Lots of fun for the whole family and they host parties as well. You can find out more on the website.

9. Holme Grange Craft Village – We enjoy a visit to Holme Grange Craft Village – it is made up of a range of independent retailers. We have visited the craft village before to go to Brickies Play Centre and have a go at their summer activities. You can read about one of our visits here.
