What is there at Woodford Park in Woodley?
There are three different play areas to explore. The one nearest the car park is fenced and has a zip wire, a sandpit overlooking the lake, climbing frames and more.

The second play area is across the field and has larger play equipment for older children including zip wires, a large slide and climbing frame, swings, sea-saw, obstacle course and more.
Then the third play area is next the play area for younger children. It has swings, climbing frames, slides, car and a play house / tunnel.

There are also open fields, a teenage shelter and basket ball hoop, plus a skate park for older children.

The paddling pool is open during the Summer months. You can find opening times on our blog here.
There is a lake with a flat path around it so you can enjoy a walk while you are there.

You can also pop into the Oakwood Centre and Brown Bag Cafe while you are there – we went here for a drink and the service was excellent.

Where is Woodford Park and Where Can I Park?
