There are two brilliant playgrounds at The Pinewood Centre in Wokingham Without - one is a wooden adventure playground set in a woodland and the other is train themed and next to the Pinewood Miniature Railway but neither are far apart from one another, so you could play in both whilst visiting. In addition there is the Pinewood Trim Trail (see picture below), which is a free wooden fitness trail for 12 years plus which can be found near Dickie’s Pond. All Aboard at Pinewood (Wokingham) Miniature Railway

We visited the Pinewood Miniature Railway situated between Wokingham and Crowthorne on 15th April 2018. It’s certainly popular and we queued for about 15 minutes for a ride on one of the miniature trains. There were about 4 trains in operation so the queue kept moving all the time. Whilst waiting it was great fun just watching the trains (a mixture of electric and steam) leaving and returning to the station and it meant that my little one didn’t get bored as there was plenty to see and talk about.
