Walking at Thames Valley Park in Reading

We went walking at Thames Valley Park in Reading along the Thames Path. The walk is a flat walk and mainly along footpaths so good for buggies (part of the walk is across a well trodden path across a field so you might want to use an off road buggy) and it’s also dog friendly. We saw plenty of wildlife and it made a brilliant peaceful family friendly walk. Where did we walk? Walking at Hungerford Wharf is a flat and scenic walk, the route we took was a circular walk which included walking through the town of Hungerford and along the canal at Hungerford Wharf. About Hungerford Wharf Hungerford Wharf was once a busy industrial canal which is now popular for walking, cycling, fishing, boating and canoeing. At Hungerford Wharf you will find The Rose of Hungerford and The Kennet Horse Boat Company.
