20 free and low cost ideas for the school holidays

It amazing that there is so much going on locally for the family in Berkshire during the holidays, it’s one of the reasons we enjoy living in the area, we love to get out and about, making memories and getting involved in the community. However, I feel it’s also important for us to have some downtime at home or be out in the fresh air with nature, whether in the garden, the park or woods plus it also helps financially if we can do some free or cheap activities as well.
