Sunninghill Victorian Street Fayre 2018

Today we spent a lovely family day at Sunninghill Victorian Street Fayre. It is the first time we have been to the event and there was a real community feel throughout the village.

The High Street and school playground was lined with stalls selling a variety of food, drink and gifts, plus charities were raising money. There were fairground rides, Punch and Judy, Father Christmas and live music. The local shops were also open for the community to utilise.

A marching bagpipe band processed up the High Street and there was an opportunity to sit in a Ghost Busters car. The event was free of charge and there was also a shuttle bus from Ascot High Street.

It was a great free event, raising money for local charities and the weather was just right. We will certainly look to attend in future years.
