The Riverside Gardens Play Area in Maidenhead also has Jenners Cafe and crazy golf next to it. The play area is large and has lots to offer including a sandpit.
What’s at the Play Area?
The play area is all fenced apart from the zip line which is based on the playing field behind the main play area.
The play area has a wonderful sandpit complete with palm trees and a hammock! There are also a couple of picnic benches.


Then there is a ‘helicopter’ swing with a range of different seat options. There are also toddler swings, spring toys including a seesaw and several climbing frames, one with a slide, the other with a small climbing wall.



The crazy golf is £2.50 for children and £3.50 for adult and clubs / balls can be hired from the cafe.

There is Jenners Cafe and also some public toilets and the car park.
Where can we park?
Riverside Gardens in Maidenhead has a car park for 200 cars. The car park is pay and display. The Car Park is advertised at the following prices £1 for one hour, £2 for two hours, £3.50 for four hours and £4.50 for all day. You can pay either in the cafe or pay the car park attendant. These were the prices advertised on the Jenners Cafe website on 05/07/2021 but obviously could change.

What else can we do nearby?
The River Thames is opposite the car park so you can enjoy a walk along the river and feed the ducks, geese and swans.
Boulters Lock and Ray Mill Island are just down the road from Riverside Gardens.
Ockwells Park, Cafe and Soft Play in Maidenhead are also worth a visit.
