Reviews Places To Play And Learn

AD – Review // Little Kickers, Bracknell and Camberley

Coach Dom kindly invited myself and my little one to have a go at a 6 week Little Kickers course in Bracknell. My child thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the weekly classes, which took place on a Friday afternoon and alongside learning football techniques including goal scoring, dribbling and stopping the ball it was great to see my child running around having fun whilst also developing other skills including listening to instructions and the whistle, taking turns, hand-eye co-ordination, tidying up and balancing objects to name a few.

I found that the coaches who ran the sessions had a great approach with the children and I thought that the classes were relaxed and although you watch your child, they come to see you for regular water breaks and you are always welcome to help your child if they needed a bit of support throughout the class.

I thought the classes were well structured with an opportunity for free play as well as coach led activities and each session concluded with each child being given a sticker. The Little Kickers classes are taught within age groups, meaning that the children were all of a similar ability.

I could certainly see how my child’s skills developed throughout the course and we have been busy practising our football at home. Thanks Coach Dom and team for having us along, we had a great experience.

I was gifted these classes, free of charge, for the purpose of this review post. Views are my own and reflect my own experience. To view the Berkshire Mummies disclaimer, please click here.*
