The Marketing Audit for your Small Business is a 2 hour, 1:1 session via zoom focussed on your business and your brand.
Prior to The Marketing Audit, Shona will send you a questionnaire for you to complete about your business, it will help Shona understand your business a little more and give insight into your current strategies and marketing practises plus your future vision for your business.
During the Marketing Audit session Shona and yourself will:
- Discuss the completed questionnaire alongside any observations Shona has made from her own research – maybe around gaps in the market, quick wins, competition etc.
- You will then look at your Marketing Strategy and it’s implementation to see what is working well, what isn’t and what improvements could be made.
- Together you will come up with a list of actions for you to carry forward in line with your Business and Marketing goals.
- Shona will type up the actions and email them across after the Marketing Audit session.
It is recommended that the Marketing Audit session is followed up with a 1 hour 1:1 review. The cost of this is £50 and it is recommended that this takes place 3 months after the Marketing Audit.
About your trainer:
Shona has a 19+ year Marketing Career. Which started with her BA (Hons) Business and Marketing followed by her MSc Management. After University Shona went onto work for a global brand as a Marketing Graduate. Shona’s career then took her into the small business sector; where she worked in marketing and business development for a number of businesses in a range of sectors including events, tourism, education, charity and engineering. Since becoming a mother Shona has founded her own Marketing and Training Business and has been writing a successful parenting blog Berkshire Mummies since 2017.
