Overnight Oats and Fruit Recipe

Do you like something that is quick and simple to make for breakfast? Would you like to prepare your breakfast the night before? If so, why not give this Overnight Oats and Fruit Recipe a go. I tend to prepare the Overnight Oats and Fruit Recipe whilst making tea, it literally takes 5 minutes, so doesn’t feel like too much extra work and produces a delicious hassle free breakfast the following day.

This recipe is suitable for one adult but quantities could be increased to feed more people.

What do I need to make the recipe?

A jar with lid

3 heaped tablespoons of porridge oats

A handful of chopped fruit of your choice (pictured: 2 chopped strawberries and a kiwi),

2 tablespoons of natural or Greek yoghurt

A squirt of maple syrup or teaspoon of honey. (Honey is not suitable for under 12 month year olds)

3 tablespoons of water

How do I make the Overnight Oats and Fruit Recipe?

Put all of the ingredients together in the glass jar.

Place in the fridge overnight, ready to eat in the morning.
