Morgan Recreation Ground in Crowthorne can be found near the end of the High Street, not far from the fire station.
What is there at Morgan Recreation Ground?
Morgan Recreation Ground is a large open ground with two recently refurbished play areas with a vast range of equipment suitable for children aged from 0-teenagers.
There is a large playing field with goal posts and also a path all the way around it. You will also find some wonderful horse chestnut trees to explore near the field.
At the far end of the field is the new Ninja Course and fitness area.
At the other end of the playing field you will find the play area which has a teenage shelter and some outdoor gym equipment.
What’s in the Fitness Areas and Ninja Course?
The fitness area is great for older children and has lots of climbing equipment and monkey bars. You can challenge yourself on completing the course against the solar panel stop watch too which is lots of fun!
There is plenty to climb on and a ninja ‘wall’ too.
The monkey bars are great for older children.
There is a basketball area too.
What is There at the Play Area?
The play area has a good selection of equipment for all aged children. There are some climbing bits and swings for young children.
A couple of slides.
A lovely climbing area.
And plenty of swinging equipment.
There is lots of green space all around so it makes for a good place to take a picnic in the warmer months.
Where can I Park?
You can park for free at RG45 7LA. Crowthorne High Street is within walking distance for refreshments.
