Holme Grange School, Wokingham host their 3rd biennial conference; Healthy Me, Healthy Planet on 29th January 2022. The event is perfectly timed to resonate with personal New Year resolutions and goals which you may have set yourself. The event takes place between 9am – 4pm and is a great opportunity to have a day out for yourself, listening to quality key note speakers and taking part in a number of workshops.
The conference is based at Holme Grange School a thriving Independent co-educational school for 3-16 year olds in Wokingham. The school offers a unique educational experience in an idyllic setting in 21 acres of Wokingham countryside.

A little more about the Healthy Me, Healthy Planet conference
The conference will focus on how you can improve your own wellness and at the same time help to contribute to a healthy planet. The conference costs £25 per delegate and includes both breakfast and lunch.
Throughout the day there are a great range of speakers and workshop leaders including Frances Tophill (Gardeners’ World and Love your Garden) who will talk to us about carbon sequestering and also touch on careers in horticulture. Helen Rutherford from The Sleep Charity will talk about how important sleep is for adults and for children and workshops ranging from ‘Letting go of being a perfect parent’ to ‘Practical Beekeeping’ and ‘How to talk to the next generation about gender’.
