Children of all ages seem to love dinosaurs and fortunately there are plenty of places around Berkshire where you can find them. Here we have listed some places where dino-fans can spot some of their favourite creatures.

Where to Find Dinosaurs and Mammoths in Berkshire
Oaktree Garden Centre: See if you can find the dinosaur hidden amongst the plants on your next visit. And while you are there you could visit the fish over in the Aquatic Centre and pop into the café too.

West Berkshire Museum: You will be able to find a mammoth tusk and teeth at this museum! Find out what else is there by reading about our visit to the museum.

Eton College Natural History Museum: There are lots of dinosaur skulls and replica skeletons plus mammoth information to be found at this museum. There is a dinosaur trail which takes you around the museum spotting dinosaur toys in the cabinets along the way. Find out more from our visit to the museum here.

Wokingham Family Golf – Adventure Mini Golf: Here you will find Dinosaur Adventure Golf, an 18 hole adventure mini golf course where golfers are taken back to the drama and excitement of the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous Ages. It also features a smoking volcano and a cascading waterfall.
Maidenhead Mini Golf: An 18 hole, dinosaur-themed mini golf course featuring a pre-historic rock feature and plenty of dinosaurs roaming around the course. Read more about our visit here.

Wellington Country Park – The park has a dedicated dinosaur area where you can walk amongst over 30 dinosaurs, learning all about them along the way. There are plenty of sound effects too! Find out what else there is at the park here.

Pop Up Play Village: They run set ups throughout Berkshire – and quite often run very popular dinosaur-themed play sessions. Please check their website for further details on when and where these sessions are offered.
