Cinemas in Berkshire

A trip to the cinema is a great way to keep children entertained for a few hours (and parents as well!). Here are some of the cinemas to be found in Berkshire.

Cinemas in Bracknell

Cineworld, Bracknell:  Fully digital cinema in the heart of Bracknell’s The Lexicon shopping complex with 12 full accessible screens including a 4DX cinematic experience. Plenty of restaurants nearby if you wish to combine your cinema trip with a meal.

The Odeon, Bracknell: There are 10 screens at this cinema. Parking is available right outside. Pizza Hut is next door if you would like to eat before or afterwards. Hollywood Bowl is also in the same complex.

South Hill Park, Bracknell: South Hill Park has a 60 seat cinema which shows Indie and box office hits as well as live streamed events. They do family and baby screenings as well.

Cinemas in Maidenhead

Odeon Luxe Cinema, Maidenhead: Has 8 screens with Costa and Ben and Jerrys ice cream available to enjoy here too.

Norden Farm, Maidenhead: The arts centre shows blockbuster and independent films. There are also food and drink options on site.

Cinemas in Newbury

Vue, Newbury: There are 7 screens here. They also show big screen events and have Mini Mornings for younger children. There are plenty of restaurant chains to eat in nearby.

Corn Exchange, Newbury: The cinema can be found on the top floor of the Corn Exchange and specialises in arthouse, British and independent cinema. It has 40 seats. They have relaxed screenings and screenings for parents with young children.

Cinemas in Reading

Showcase Cinema De Lux, Winnersh, Reading: There are 14 screens here plus a Lounge Bar and party area.

Reading Biscuit Factory: There are 3 screens here but it is also a bar, coffee shop and live performance space. They show blockbusters and independent films.

Vue, Reading: There are 11 screens here. They also show big screen events and have Mini Mornings for younger children. There are plenty of restaurant chains to eat in nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in The Oracle.

Cinemas in Windsor

The Old Court, Windsor: The Old Court Cinema shows films within the art centre’s auditorium. They show a range of award-winning films, blockbusters and live event screenings.

Cinemas in Wokingham

Everyman Cinema, Wokingham: There are 3 screens here and luxury sofa seating! There are 2 multi-storey car parks close by for parking (Elms Road and Carnival Swimming Pool).
