Kate Hodder Pilates

Pilates classes for antenatal and postnatal women in Bracknell. These classes focus on good alignment, correct use of breath, pelvic floor exercises to strengthen and release and can be helpful for anyone experiencing pelvic pain or has diastasis recti. I am a mum of two and have found Pilates of huge benefit during pregnancy and beyond. Babies are welcome to class too.
