Alexandra Gardens in Windsor is a beautiful green open space in Windsor which sits next to the River Thames. Alexandra Gardens is also in walking distance of the town centre.
What is at Alexandra Gardens?
Alexandra Gardens has a number of benches dotted around and is a lovely place for picnics.
You will find the bandstand in the gardens and if you walk through the gardens towards the town not only will you see Windsor Castle up ahead, if you cross the road you will find The Royal Windsor Maze (a small brick maze) at The Goswells as well as the Dimond Jubilee Fountain.


At the other end of Alexandra Gardens is Extreme Motion which has a Mini Golf Course, cycle hire, bungee trampolining and some small rides for younger children.


If you head to the river you can do a lovely walk between Bath Islands and Windsor Bridge.
