Activity – Based Classes and Clubs
Mini Athletics, Reading. up to 7 years old. Mini Athletics teach the fundamentals of athletics (running, jumping and throwing) in the most fun, engaging way and to help develop their Physical, Cognitive and Social skills! Click here for more information.

CrossFit Kids, from pre-school to 11. It is a strength and conditioning program combining gymsnastics, bodyweight movements and weightlifting elements, which are designed to be fun. Click here for more information.
Energy Kidz – Run before and after school clubs throughout the academic year. They offer plenty of activities including sports, wellbeing and mindfulness, creative sessions and themed weeks and celebrations. Snacks are also available. Funtastic Kids – Run before and after school clubs throughout the school year at a selection of schools across Berkshire. Most schools have access to the playground as part of the clubs and also provide hot food. Click here to see the list of schools.
Get Active Sports – Run Breakfast and after school clubs across various schools in Berkshire. They offer a variety of different sports-based clubs. Click here to find the school list and what is offered at each.
Gymfinity – Offer after school classes for 4.5 – 9 year olds throughout the week. They provide a wide variety of fun yet structured children’s activity classes, including multi-level gymnastics, pre-school movement and Ninja. Classes are based in Bracknell and Reading. Koosa Kids – After school clubs run every school day, from when school finishes until 6.00pm. Children get the chance to both relax and take part in a large selection of fun games and activities. Each half term is themed differently to ensure each afternoon remains fresh, fun and engaging for the children. Snacks also provided. Clubs can also be booked on an ad hoc basis. *Little Gym, Windsor – Offer after school gymnastic classes for 6-12 year olds. Children will be taught by experienced gymnastics coaches and child development specialists. They will build their body, brain and social skills, learn to listen & follow instructions, boost their independence & self-belief, and help them be their best at school and life. Little Kickers – Give children a positive introduction to sport by teaching high quality football skills in a friendly, pressure-free environment. There are four different classes tailored specifically to the needs of children between 18 months and eight years of age. SCL Active – Run after school care clubs where children are offered active, engaging experiences designed to provide their recommended daily activity as well as a healthy snack of their choice. Theatre and Dance Classes

Berkshire and Henley Dance – A friendly and welcoming dance school who’s focus is on nurturing a student’s passion for dance, creating confident, gifted performers. Shining Star Productions – Offers Performing Arts coaching to children from the ages of 4 to 15 years. They run award winning after-school sessions for children to enjoy. They run classes in Maidenhead and Slough. Click here to find out more.

Lego Club at Burghfield Library – For children over 5 years, first Friday of the month after school. Free drop in event, all materials provided but Lego is not to take away. Parents/carers need to stay with children under 8. Click here for more information.
