There are many fantastic Parks and Playgrounds in Wokingham Borough, a number of them which have been re-furbished during the last few years.
Parks, Playground and Play Areas in Wokingham Borough
- California Country Park, Wokingham
California Country Park is a wonderful large natural play area, which has inclusive play equipment. It is a great park for all ages. There is a large wooden play frame with giant slide, musical pillows, large trampoline, swings, water play area, pirate ship and loads more. Whilst at California Country Park you can also feed the ducks, go for a walk around the lake, visit the paddling pool in the Summer months and go to the cafe.

- Dinton Pastures Country Park, Wokingham
Dinton Pastures Country Park has a large play area which is also an inclusive play area. There is a cargo net to climb, tunnels to explore, zip wires, swings, sandpit, giant nest towers and plenty more. You can also enjoy lake side walks, go for a bike ride or scooter and visit the cafe. There is also Dinton Activity Centre to enjoy.

- Pinewood Adventure Playgrounds, Wokingham Without
The Pinewood Centre in Wokingham Without has two fantastic play areas. One is an adventure playground set in a woodland. The other is a more traditional play area with a train theme. It is next to Pinewood Miniature Railway.

- Elms Field Play Area, Wokingham
Elms Field Play Area is in the centre of Wokingham. The natural play area is large and has a large selection of play equipment, with something to suit children of all ages.

- Joel Park, Wokingham
Joel Park is a smaller enclosed play area based in Joel Park and Holt Copse. The play area is bright and colourful with a range of play equipment and wooden obstacle course. You can also go for a woodland walk through Holt Copse.

- Finchampstead Baptist Church (FBC) Play Area, Finchampstead
Finchampstead Baptist Church Play Area is large with the play area, multi sports area and open green space. There are slides, tunnels, climbing frames, swings, bike track and so much more.

- Cantley Park Play Area, Wokingham
Cantley Park Play Area is a small play area at the corner of Cantley Park. Cantley Park is a lovely place for a walk with the opportunity to play in the park as part of your visit.

- School Road Play Area, Hurst
You will find the School Road Play Area in Hurst in the heart of the village across the road from the Hurst village duck pond.
