The new enclosed play area at Ascot Jubilee Recreation Ground is bright and colourful with an animal theme and is situated where the old play area used to be.
What’s in the new play area?
There is a stepping stone crocodile on the ground and a wobbly ladybird and the protective rubber floor surface also has flowers and leaves on it.
There are a range of swings suitable for toddlers and older children. There are climbing frames and climbing equipment for both younger and older children. The two main climbing frames also include slides.
What else is at the Ascot Jubilee Recreation Ground?
You will find tennis courts, a small multi-use surface with football goal and basketball hoop and a teenage shelter.
There is also a large open field with football goals and a natural BMX track.
At the recreation ground, next to the new play area there is also a trampoline plus some wooden play equipment which includes a zip wire, a rope swing, wooden walking beams and some picnic benches.
You will also find a small woodland area to explore.
There are no toilets or refreshments.
Where can I park?
There is a free car park can be found at Goaters Road, Ascot, SL5 8JA. The car park is locked overnight.
