Lidos in Berkshire
Guildford Lido – This is an Olympic sized pool set in landscaped gardens. There are slides as well. You can take a picnic along with you or there is a kiosk serving food and drink. You can find out more and book here.
Aldershot Lido – At the lido there is a large pool plus another section of the pool for lane swimming. There are 2 slides and a driving board (open subject to availability) plus changing rooms, a cafe and plenty of room to ‘set up camp’ around the pool area. You can book here. Northcroft Lido, Newbury – Northcroft Lido is a newly refurbished 50m heated outdoor pool set in the grounds of Northcroft Leisure Centre in Newbury. There are slides and a splash pad area as well. You can book here.
Wycombe Rye Lido – Has a heated outdoor main pool, heated outdoor children’s pool plus grass and terraced sunbathing areas. You can book here.
Thames Lido, Reading – Offers an outdoor pool, restaurant and poolside bar and spa treatments. You can find out more and book here.
