The Carnation Hall Play Area is an enclosed, bright and colourful play area set in the grounds of the Carnation Hall based in Winkfield Row.

What play equipment is there?
At the Carnation Hall you will find a range of play equipment. Including one central climbing frame which has a slide, obstacles to climb, a mental framed tunnel, pole and monkey bars.
There is also a smaller climbing frame which has a slide and pole.
There are two toddler swings, spring toys, a see-saw and small spinning disk.
There is a bench in the park and the ground is a mixture of grass and soft ‘tarmac’.


Multi-purpose play area
There is a multi-purpose play court with basket ball hoops/goals. The court is flat so a good place for little ones leading to ride a bike / scooter.
What else is at the Carnation Hall?
The Carnation Hall is a Community Hall hired out for events and to community groups. It has toilets accessible to hall users.
There are lovely grounds, with an open green field, which has beautiful spring flowers – crocuses, daffodils, tulips.
